Wellbeing is difficult to define and means different things to different people, at different times. There are many different areas of wellbeing but here we focus on three; emotional, mental and spiritual, each with profound effects on your quality of life.
They are the 'unseen' elements of you as a person - yet with a very visible manifestation in your world. As more is understood about the link between our inner states and our physical health, the importance of them becomes paramount to our wellness.
Those with emotional problems such as anxiety, mental issues such as depression, or spiritual struggles such as a lack of connection; become isolated or feel ashamed; but to experience these things is part of being human.
